Card for spring

 I made this card for the Twisted Sister Challenge at Split coast stampers.

The theme for this month's card was to make a card that would make you think of spring.

I am so ready for spring...(and some warmer weather)  so I was glad to see this challenge theme  that Jan asked us to do for March.

My card is a center fold card...and I used papers from Hunkydory to make the card  (Using Fancy Florals paper)

Twisted Sister challenge

 I made this card for the "Twisted Sisters" Challenge at Split Coast Stampers.

For the challenge we were to make a card using the Standing pop up card fold.

I used Graphic 45 paper for my background on the card.  I fussy cut the roses from Graphic 45 paper.  I added a sticker for the sentiment (Anna Griffin) and added some lace.

Valentine's card 2022

 Another Floating Strips card...   As I have said before on this blog...

It's one of my favorite techniques.  You can find the tutorial at Split Coast Stampers.

I used some paper from Kaisercraft to make this A2 card...using Acetate for the background.

It feels good to finally post a card.

Standing pop up card

 This card is called a Standing up pop Up card.  I found the tutorial at Splitcoast Stampers.

I usded some more of my Penguin Place (Penguin playmates) paper,  I like that the card stands up on it's own.  (but it was difficult for me to photograph it that way).  It then folds flat to go into an A2 envelope.

All for right now, I am still trying to make my Christmas cards....but I think I see a light at the end of the tunnel!

Another Dahlia Card

 I'm having trouble trying to find time to make cards.  There never seems to be enought time for anything.  I'm sure I'm not alone feeling that way.

I made this card using Graphic 45 paper, my background doily was made using a Spellbinder die (Lacy circles)  my sentiment was made using a die from Taylored epressions (simple strips Background.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.  I'm just so grateful that spring is here!!!

Christmas card

 Another card to add to my Christmas stash.  This makes a total of 4 cards for next Christmas!  I promised myself that I would try to make a card a week.  So I am a few cards behind.  

This card was actually another card kit that was sent to me by Split coast stampers buddy...Ponygirl2.  She did all that die cutting, and sent this card that I really only had to put it together.

I probably should have taken a side view of the card where you can tell that it's double easel card.  Thank you Joan, I really liked this card kit.

Paper Blooms Gate fold Card

I just added a ribbon and a flower die cut from Stampin' Up Pierced Blooms die,

My sentiment was stamped with a stamp from Stampendous.
