Merry Monday Challenge #236

 I Made the stocking card for this week's challenge at Merry Monday to make a "Stocking" card.
I used designer paper for my stockings. (Design with a View)   I added ribbon and brads to my card.

 I made the snowman card with last week's Merry Monday challenge in mind.,,but didn't manage to get it posted in time.  The snowman is fabric, and I cased a card that I saw in a craft store sample I saw last week.  The owner of the store was so helpful and helped me to find all the supplies I needed to make for this card.

My craft buddies came to my house to craft with me last week.  It was the first time that we had been able to get together since November!!!!!  I so missed them, and I missed that they would always help to inspire me to craft.  

Kathi came with a belated Christmas gift for me...
Just what I needed...LOL...Another squirrel...but I honestly needed a calendar...smile...

I made the card reusing an image that I had previously used on one of his cards.

I'm into recycling these days...smile...

I always liked this image because it makes me think that this could have been us...right  LOL

Those of you who follow my blog may have heard me say before how my Hubby and I met when I was 4 years old, which would have made him 5 1/2.

I'm late again!  Nothing new for me...I made the above card as a Valentine/Thank You card for Darnell.   It will be mailed tomorrow.  I wasn't going to post it...but then...I just visited her blog and saw that she posted a thank you card with the same exact words I used to make her card..."From the bottom of My heart!  Then I knew I had to post it.

NBUS Challenge #10

 I made this card for Darnell's NBUS challenge #10.  I did not think I was going to make it in time to post it because I my first two tries for a card flopped!  (Put aside for me to try again later to fix the cards).    The link to the challenge can be found here...

 My second card also has NBUS on it.  The embellishments I purchased about a year ago.  They are from Kaisercraft.  The card is a "belated" card for my son-in-law.  His birthday was last week.  It's the first time I sent a card so late to him.  I wanted it to be a quick card so I would finally get it in the mail.  

MY Valentine card was made using NBUS heart stamps from Sweet N Sassy. I actually purchased the stamps Last Valentine's day and didn't get to use them till now.  

I embossed background using a heart embossing folder from Cuttlebug.

Thank you again, Darnell, for all the hard work you put into these challenges.  It always helps me to get rid of some of my NBUS stuff.
