I'm still using my craft magazines to help motivate me to make cards.  I like the pretty background papers in the magazine, and, obviously, this was made from one  of the background papers in the magazine!

Yes, More Stained Glass cards, or I guess I should say cards made with my Stained glass looking rubber stamps.
I think I am addicted to this stamp set.  I will add a sentiment to the cards when I mail them.

I mentioned when I did a previous post with the Orange Tiger lily images... that I forgot to take a photo of the Tiger lilies in our yard....but then I remembered that I did take a picture of the pink Lilies.

In the photo you may be able to tell that there are still a lot o buds there,  I should have tried taking another photo  one  or two later.    

Would you beleive that my husband counted how many flowers and buds were there?  Yes he did...He told me he counted about 200.

Stained glass flower cards

I'm still enjoying using the stamps I found in the magazine that I purchased...

The one that I posted about yesterday.

I colored my images with copics.

(I'm not that great with using copics, so these cards have been giving me

some much needed practice).

The images remind of how our yard looked a few weeks ago.,

The one side of our house was a profusion of orange tiger lilies.

I wish I had taken a photo so I could have posted it here...

Two more card for my stash.

I made two more cards for my stash pile (which was really getting low).

The first card is a center fold...(One of my favorite folds) and the second card is Box card.  (Untie the ribbon and it opens into a box to put a gift card, etc, inside.

Using more free goodies from my magazine purchase

The cards and book mark I made above were pretty much like the cards they showed to make in the magazine for inspiration.

I made more cards using this magazine issue...Hope to post the rest tomorrow.

I have to make a confession.  I have three addictions (not counting my addiction to peanut butter and chocolate)  I love collecting craft supplies, books and magazines..

The cards I have posted here I made from  a craft magazine I purchased recently.  "Papercraft essentials"  The cards were made with the free goodies that came in the magazine  (issue 169)

I enjoy looking at these magazines and when I find myself  having a difficult time creating a card...I reach for a magazine for inspiration to get me started...

Ruby Anniversary

I made the above card for my crafting buddy, Kathi and her hubby John.  They are celabrating their 40th Wedding Anniversary this week.

I used a die made by Impression Obsession to make by card.  I added the dots on the flowers using a white gel pen, and  added a peel off sticker.
