It's also to remind me to do some more cards using sponges. I'm not very good at using the sponges... But still I think they are a lot of fun to us.
I came across this picture I took of my daughter's dog, Trixie. I had a dog as a child, my daughter did too. I really like dogs...but I'm not as much of a fan of cats...because I am allergic to some of them. (more info than you probably wanted to know). Poor Trixie, she obviously did not like her rain coat.
Of all the dogs in our family...this one was my favorite she was the cuddliest and sweetest one of all. My daughter lost her three years ago and we ALL miss her still. Sorry to end today's memory cards and pictures on a sad note.
Thank you for for going down memory lane with me again.
Blessings,
Jill

I think your college graduation card was great, and I'm certain your grandson loved it. The other cards look wonderful, too. I don't know if I'd remember that much detail about the cards I made 7 years ago. As for dogs, my kids had a dog growing up and now my husband and I have Mickey, a Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog mix. We love having him around. It's almost like having a kid in the house. :)
ReplyDeletegreat cards and such a cute doggie in her raincoat too.
ReplyDeleteGreat cards from 2016. Trixie looks so cute in her raincoat.
ReplyDeleteI used sticker on graduation cards this past year too, they are great when in a bind! Love your hubby's birthday card the silhouette looks great against that background. Oh Trixie is a cutie, yes it is sad to lose them but what great memories we have!
