I made two Christmas cards over the weekend using the side fold technique. I really liked that fold! So today when I logged onto Splitcoast Stampers I saw that the Technique Lovers Challenge for today was a Side Fold Card... I had to try another one. I have a whole book of images that my hubby colored for me with copics. He can color these images faster than I can make cards with them. I so appreciate that it does them for me. So I know I have to start making cards using them.
This is an image that Jim purchased from Funky Kits website. I don't think they still sell these digi images, The last time I looked they did still sell Sugar Nelli stamps, but that was while ago. I guess I should have checked before I posted this card. All I know is that I love these images and I don't think I would ever get tired of seeing them..
Hope you had a good Monday, and If you are not ready for Christmas you are not alone.
My tree is still not up. I hope to do that tomorrow, but since it will only be the two of us at our house this year. Not sure If I really want to even put it up. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
Take care,
Blessings,
Jill

ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful, Jill. I love your collaborations xoxo
ReplyDeleteYour Husband had coloured the image beautifully Jill, and it's such a gorgeous image, your design is so pretty and I love the little heart embellishments too, Kate x
ReplyDeleteHe does a beautiful job coloring, my hubby colors better than I do but he has never colored stamps for me... It works perfectly for your shaped card, love the pretty border with the ribbon too and the hearts are a sweet touch!
ReplyDeleteHe did a beautiful job coloring this image.
ReplyDeleteI remember those beautiful images and love how Jim colors them. Your card is so pretty!! I hope you got your tree up and enjoy it. We didn't decorate at all this year - not even a wreath on the front door. My enthusiasm for the holiday season is gone this year unfortunately but I hope you were able to carry on and get your decorating finished.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card Brenda, such a pretty image.
