Is having a rooster party...her second rooster party...
So I'm going to add some of my rooster pics today...

and the rooster picture was taken when we were on our vacation to California...
here is a direct link to Barb's party...
I am not actually joining the party...We have company coming to our house so I have some
major cleaning to do these days. So I don't have the time to visit ALL those links...I will try
and peek at some because I'm sure there will be some really neat blogs that joined her party.
Barb started blogging about the same time that I started, and has often visited my blog and left me some very nice comments...so I wanted to tell people about her party...

My 105 year-old great aunt has always collected roosters, so she'd love to see this post!! TFS
ReplyDeleteWonderful roosters, and how lovely that they are memory pieces from your mother. Don't you just wish that real rooster lived in your backyard? So lovely to meet you.

Hi Jill! Thanks for your lovely comment on my blog, I've missed you so much, since I was away.
ReplyDeleteMattie's passing, like your Snoopy, is so hard.
We go on with wonderful memories, but a little bit of our heart is broken. I'm following you, I don't understand why you can't follow me, but that's computers for you! Have a wonderful weekend. OH, I love the Roosters! Almost forgot to comment...your card is so wonderful! And all the wonderful rooster stuff that your Mom collected!
What lovely rooster collectibles you have. And so enjoyed your sweet family memories. Have a delightful time with your company! :)

I'm happy to see so many real live roosters, of which you have one, joining the party today and crowing for all they're worth!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, I'm lovin' the shot of the real rooster!
ReplyDeleteJill, thanks for stopping by BOTH of my blogs! What a nice thing to do. I am glad you are linked to the party. I have a thing for watering cans. I love yours. I remember going to my grandmother's house in a very remote and mountainous part of Virginia and playing with a little can. Since then, I look for dear little ones.
ReplyDeleteBTW, our home is outside of Staunton and our shop is in Waynesboro.
