I made the above card...following a tutorial on Split coast stampers.
I wanted to try it because I would like to learn how to do quilling...
I thought that this might be a good card to try quilling for the first time...
Thank you for visiting my blog today
Blessings,
Jill
PS. I checked my spam folder and I was surprised to see spam in my folder from years 2012, 2013, and 2014??? Has this happened to anyone else? some of the comments were from blog owners that I don't think even have blogs anymore? I didn't click on the links...so I'm not sure. I'm always afraid that they might not be safe.

Oh, I love your quilling on this card! I've always wanted to try it too but just never thought my fingers would cooperate! I do love your card though.

A very pretty card, super design, and your quilling is lovely, Kate x
ReplyDeleteLove your quilled pumpkin, so cute, I love the ribbon used for the stem too, pretty die cut to mount it on.
ReplyDeleteNo I have not got any blog comments in my spam folder but some do go in my junk folder every now and then even though I have marked them safe.
That looks amazing, Jill!! Well done!

Love this - it brings back a memory for me. My Mother loved quilling. This is unique and fun, Jill. Many hugz!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the quilling. It has been years since I did any quilling. I need to try it again. Mine never seem to hold their shape very well. I might need to get a different glue to do it.
ReplyDeleteLove this! I bought a beginner quilling kit years ago. I was too intimidated and never used it. Cute pumpkin!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card Jill, loving the quilling! I've always thought quilling would be fun, but only tried it once, and while it was fun...it is a bit labor intensive, so I never really got into it. I'm anxious to see if you continue learning it. I check my spam folder regularly, but haven't had any bloggers comments before that I can remember. It is hard to know if one should click on a link or not, if not sure...best not to. Hugs, Brenda
