I used Graphic 45 paper
This year is a special St. Patrick's day for me. I always wore green on St. Patrick's day and when someone would ask me if I was Irish. I would day no.
After using my daughter's Mother's day present to me last year... My DNA test. I found out that I am 15% Irish!
I actually have more Irish in me that My husband does!
Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone...
and Thank you for stopping by my blog...
Blessings,
Jill

Great cards for the wearing of the green! Congrats on being part Irish. I'm part Irish too - my temper is clearly Irish :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you both had a great day yesterday. The cards are beautiful, as always xoxo
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards using gorgeous St. Patty's paper, Jill! It's nice that ye have some luck of the Irish in ye! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteHow fun to make these cards and know you are part Irish! I think I am 20% - enough to make me want to go visit. Love your papers and pretty cards, Jill. Many hugz
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog from Splitcoast Stampers! The card is absolutely breathtaking. I'm also part Irish (maiden name O'Neal), Welsh, English, Scottish and the DNA test surprised me with Norwegian. I'm a family researcher and have no idea who was Norwegian in my ancestry, so something else to dig into. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, have you heard of Highlander Rubber Stamps by Kim Victoria? Her home & studio was recently burned down in the Paradise, CA fires.
ReplyDeleteRused Lady, I never heard of the stamps that you mentioned. When I think of those fires ...Oh so sad! My hubby and I managed to have a trip to California back in 2007. Thanks to a time share my in-laws had at the time ( They don't have it anymore...so Our vacations to just about any place is now a thing of the past. I will never forget visiting California and especially the wine country. So beautiful. I think that some of the places we visited are no longer there.
ReplyDeleteJust letting you know that I've been reviewing past online lettering/doodling classes and reading Stephanie Ackerman's book and have launched a new journal too, called Doodling Through the Bible in Black and White. Didn't know if you'd be interested in that or not. I uploaded a video tonight of the first ten that I've done so far. Link is on my blog or you can find it on my YouTube channel. Hope you are enjoying some fine spring weather!
