Today is my son-in-law's card so the first card I posted today is his birthday card. Both cards use the SweetNSassy stamp "Tender Thoughts." The first card is a side step card, and the second card is an easel card.
I have a weekly craft night at my house (almost weekly anyway...life seems to get busier and busier for everyone.)
My one neighbor who comes wanted to use my Sweet N Sassy deer stamp for a card, but wasn't sure how she wanted to make her card. I made these two so she could have some samples to choose from. She liked the side step card so she made one too.
Thank you for visiting my blog today,
Blessings,
Jill

ReplyDeleteYou used this stamp set really well Jill! I love how both cards came out! How fun to host a crafty night weekly or almost weekly. I know how life gets in the way as well. I have my friends in for a card class when I can. Your SIL is going to love his card and I know your neighbor got great inspiration from you! Hope you and Jim are doing well my friend. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteWonderful designs I love them both Bet your crafty group is great fun Love and hugs Carole x
ReplyDeleteOh gosh Jill, I never gave a though of rubber boot soles disintegrating, but sounds like they can! Glad you were able to get a new pair and don't have to deal with that mess anymore. lol The bokeh technique was easier than I thought. Just make a background from either watercolor or distress inks and then place difference sized white dots on top of it. Your background doesn't have to be perfect as the white dots hides imperfections. Give it a try again!! Hugs, Brenda
