Birthday Card for Cam

It's raining today where I live, so it makes it more difficult to get a good pic... I also find it difficult to photograph white/ivory cards, so I tried photographing  this cards two ways.
I needed a birthday card for a lady that was a very special friend to my Mother.  She was her neighbor for 7 years, and is one of the sweetest and kindness ladies I have ever met.  She was so good to my Mother, I don't remember the exact day of her birthday, but I remember it being around the middle of October, so my card is either early or late for her birthday.  The way I do things, it's probably late.  I still wanted to make sure I got a card in the mail for her, I can't even remember which number this is but I think it's 94.  (she looks so much younger)
My card was made with a graphic printed from the Internet, I'm not exactly sure from where, because it was printed a while ago.  I find most of these beautiful pictures at Magic Moonlight.  If this exact image is not there...there are so many other beautiful ones to choose from.
I cut a frame out using one of my spellbinder dies, then stamped around the bottom with my rubber Stamp Tapestry stamps.  I heat embossed the roses with pink embossing powder.  then just outlined the front of my card by scoring with my scor-pal.  I also added a prima flower.

  2. This card is beautiful Jill. I love the stamping and your flowers. It reminds me of one of those antique photo albums, and the photo inside is perfect with them.

That stamp perfectly framed the opening, and the flowers echo the flowers in the girl's hands.

Your mother's friend will really love this card!

  5. Jill, I like the way you placed the stamping at the bottom of the frame and put the flowers at the top. That really makes the pic stand out. Great job!
