I recently had the good fortune to attend a copic class with Korin of SweetNSassy stamps, and this card is one of my first tries at Coloring with copics...(Usually my husband does the coloring) Korin is a good teacher, I feel less intimidated now with coloring with copics. I now need a photography class because my lavender frame looks blue. smile.
My card was made using a stamp from SweetNSassy stamps,
designer paper is Stampin' Up
I used a Martha Steward punch around the page for my background, and a Spellbinder labels die for my sentiment, and I added brads.

Love this card, and the contrast pf the green and lavender. My camera also picks up purples and turns them blue...

Very pretty card. Oh I think your hubby may lose his coloring job. Be careful those Copics are addicting.
ReplyDeleteYou did a wonderful job coloring your tulips. Your card is really pretty! I love the colors, paper and the doily.
ReplyDeleteColors are difficult. it doesn't matter whether I use my real camera or my phone, I never get true colors on my cards. I can do landscapes and have exact colors, but for some reason, my cards are almost always off, even if I set the white balance manually.
Beautiful card, Jill! Purple shades are very hard to photograph.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I have that same punch. I loved it back in the day when I used to some stamping.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Jill! I'm so excited to see you coloring, it's beautiful! Hubby may need to get his own blog, lol! I love the punch around the page! Blessings! Kathy
