It's Teapot Tuesday again, MMTPT138, and Sketch SC322

This is my card for this week's Teapot Tuesday, The stamp I used is Stampin' Up's Voila'.

I paper pieced his outfit, and used copics to color some of the stamped images. I used pop-dots to pop up the words, and items on the tray. The paper I used was from October Afternoon.
