Thank you Becky, for thinking of me.
I am to think of SIX unimportant things that make me happy!I saw this post this morning and I've been thinking about it off and on throughout the day. It's a difficult question for me to answer.
I have two mothers that are both handicapped. My mother uses a walker/and wheelchair, and a my step-mother (who is bed ridden) has lost the use of her arms and legs....so Because of seeing the struggles of both of them...
Not much to me seems UNIMPORTANT!
I now know the importance of being able to
WALK and explore.
I love to read, and I now know the importance of being able to
turn the pages of a book
To be able to pick up a telephone and call a friend.
I don't like to shop, but I am glad that I am
"physically" able to do so.
To be able to
hear a bird sing! (my step-Mother can't hear that through her nursing home window)
I could think of many more...
NOTHING IS UNIMPORTANT!
